Ramada Attica Riviera represents a model of structured waterfront accessibility: two pools, a spa with hammam, a pool bar, and direct access to the beach. Positioned along the coastline of Mati, in one of the few remaining undeveloped seafronts in the region, the hotel operates with a hybrid identity that accommodates both family-oriented guests and professional or conference-related stays. Its all-inclusive packages, diverse room types, and flexible common areas allow for different needs to coexist without compromising the overall experience.
The architectural renovation, carried out by WeDesignLab, was guided by two constants: the geometric clarity of the existing shell and the selective introduction of new materials, lighting, and decorative elements. The building’s natural detachment from neighboring structures was treated as an asset, reinforcing its autonomy and its character as a standalone destination.
Interior restructuring was shaped around three principles: subtle zoning differentiation, a unified sense of brightness, and low-intensity color interventions. In the rooms, a new palette, featuring botanical motifs, textured fabrics, and tones of earthy green and wood, creates a calm interior language, enhanced by indirect lighting and carefully selected fixtures. In the corridors, interventions were minimal yet purposeful, introducing character through wallpaper and lighting accents.
In the shared spaces - the lobby and the restaurant -the approach is spatial rather than decorative. Furniture layout was reconsidered, while the use of accent colors provides points of orientation and visual rhythm. On the façade, the architectural vocabulary remains intact: symmetry, repetition, and clean geometry. The new natural tones and restrained color accents on openings act as cohesive elements.
In the exterior areas, new planting, lighting, and furniture work more as a framework of stability than as an immersive “experience.” All interventions follow a logic of careful revision - nothing overstated, nothing ornamental.
