In WeDesign Lab we aim to satisfy the needs of our clients and create bespoke environments which make the guest have memorable experiences and promote his well-being. For us, a hospitality design project means translating the spirit of the place into architectural languages, into forms, textures and environments which create the feelings of awe, excitement, enclosure, safety, coziness, relaxation, healing and reviving, each time diverse and based on the hotel’s concept.

In WeDesign Lab we consider retail design as a very exciting, specialised discipline with heavy demands. We design and dive into all details of business spaces such as the facades, the logo and the vitrine elements but of course we design also the interiors. We deliver efficient space organisation plans, furniture layouts, lighting plans, specialised showcase solutions for the different products as well as graphic communication and finishings.

Residential architecture and the process of designing residential properties and living spaces. This includes everything from villas to apartments, apartment complexes, home extensions and student housing and everything in between. After determining the budget with our clients, we discuss about their lifestyle and needs so that we design the home of their dreams.

Construction supervision plays for us a key role in high quality end product. Our designers make regular site visits to co-ordinate progress, inspect the quality of workmanship and resolve any on-site issues.  Once construction and installation works are complete, the designer will draw up a ‘Snag List’ of defects to be resolved before movable furnishings, materials and accessories are installed. After the installation, our designers control the end result and advice for possible replacements or any other changes and improvements that have to be made before the final delivery of the project.

Project management for us is an endeavour in which human, financial and material resources are organised in a novel way to undertake a unique scope of work, of given specification, within constraints of cost and time, so as to achieve beneficial change defined by quantitative and qualitative objectives.

In the new era of interactive accommodation experiences, travellers expect to be involved in the process of selecting a hotel room, rather than being passive receivers of information. Through VR and AR applications, the hotel enables travellers to browse different types of rooms virtually and assess the amenities before their arrival, thus making more confident decisions regarding their stay.
